Ummm, no he can't. He is not a former construction worker who helped build a bridge in Washington, he had full access to the highest classified information about individuals and government.

I think it was is testimony a week or so ago. When he said Clinton and Lynch on the tarmac was just too much and as nauseas as it made him to speak he had to do it.
