Yes, China needs to do far more than they are doing. However, they are installing far more solar and wind than any other nation on Earth. And they are planting more new forests than the rest of the world combined. But that does not keep up with their output of GHGs. And for the last two years the extreme weather in China has been giving them an example of why they are messing up.
