For the others trump supporters who choose to ignore a simple question, admit you believe Trump is above the law and make up some reason. It's not an honest response, but no one expects honesty from a trump supporter.

You're whining. How can I treat you with respect when you whine like a child.

STFU Corn Pop. You post a dumbass question and get pissy when you don’t get the answers you want. Not our problem.

YES or NO

Explain and cite any authority if you believe a President of the United States is above the law.

Of course not.

Yes or no, Bill Clinton should have been sent to prison?

Your answer explain why you are either a Hypocrite, or why Hillary was not elected.

This is a loaded question.
First of all.....the idiots that ask it today believe Hillary is above the law.
When Obama made deals with our enemies and gave them billions, he wasn't giving aid to our enemies. He was president. He's above the law.

Now.....a tweet is grounds for impeachment.

No one is above the law including the President the President is also not subject to a different set of laws or interpretations of the laws depending on which party they belong to or how much we dislike them.

No. But the president is subject to a different law.
Where the fuck is that different law codified?

In the Constitution.
Then cite the Article and Section within the four corners of our founding document establishing those exceptions to common and criminal law establishing that superior status for the POTUS! Article & Section, Slick, without dodging!

Article 2, Section 4.

The H. of Rep. and the Senate as well as the Supreme Court and every person within US Jurisdiction - other than a foreign diplomat -are not above the law
Obstruction of justice, in United States jurisdictions, is a crime consisting of obstructing prosecutors, investigators, or other government officials.
So... why wasn't Clinton removed from office?

He wasn't convicted by a 2/3 vote in the Senate.

Yes.
Perjury and obstruction do not “meet the constitutional standard to remove the president from office.”
- Clinton impeachment legal defense team
They turned out to be wrong about that.
Only when a Republican is in office.

There have only been two presidents impeached. Both were Democrats.

And so, obstruction is not a removable offense; a President can commit the federal felonies of obstruction and perjury and not be removed from office.
Right?

YES or NO

No. And the Trumpsettes and partisan attempts to distract with factually baseless comparisons to the House or anything else aside, I don't see why the question really matters beyond just being one of many reasons why Trump doesn't deserve another term.

It was illegal for him to try and tie military defensive aid to Ukraine finding Biden did something wrong. But if someone thinks Russia invading Ukraine, or the destruction of the Kurds who have been out allies since BushI, or the end of our traditional alliances with other republican govts, or trade wars that hurt Americans for no real benefit, or no actual HC plan, or students getting less aid while the rich get tax cuts, or not actually decreasing the number of illegal workers … or our NEED for "guest" workers …. aren't reasons to throw the fat fock out …. then an illegal quid pro quo failed attempt doesn't amount to much.
