I have another idea: Why don't we divide it between the narcissistic hardcore partisan ideologues who have convinced themselves that only they and their "side" have all the answers, and the rest of us, the majority, who choose to think for themselves and see that life is not black & white.

The hardcore partisan ideologues can keep doing what they love so much: Attacking, insulting, distorting, deflecting and lying. Heaven! The rest of us will work together to solve problems. Of course, their will be fewer problems once the hardcore partisan ideologues have left. Heaven!

So we are 12 pages in and nobody has posted anything yet that we can come together on. I think that is an astounding indication of how radicalized the left has become. I also think that proves we should peacefully divide up the United States, leaving liberals to destroy and bankrupt what ever new nation they form (just like they did Detroit) and leaving conservatives to restore and rebuild the U.S. Constitution and the United States.

Because the other side insists on not allowing these people to use any bathroom. They don't want a transgender dressed as a woman in the woman's room if she still has a penis or even if she was born with one and it is now gone, nor do they want a transgender man with facial hair in the woman's room, even though he has no penis. What started all of this was the fact that some transgenders have started coming out in high school or even earlier, and since everyone knows their circumstances, they don't want them permitted to use a different restroom all of a sudden. Out in public, where nobody knows anyone, this has been going on for years and nobody has ever noticed or worried about it.

For those of us who don't watch TV or read the MSM and form our idea from the Great works of Western classical liberalism on which the nation was founded, these ideas are elementary.

Local communities should have control of what goes in the homes of individual citizens, the Constitution guaranteed folks those rights. D.C. and Federal politicians get too much involved with the right of States and Cities to determine the course of their own destiny.

So with that in mind - I'm wondering if anyone can post something that conservatives and liberals can come together on. There are some items which one would think we be basic and obvious (like the U.S. Constitution, defense, and the right of children to be free from the opposite sex in the restroom) but it would appear that would not be the case. If we can't even agree on these basic and obvious issues, what can we agree on?
