Israel-Hamas war would 'probably already been over' if Trump were president, Sen. Tom Cotton says

If Trump were President, there would not be a war. If Trump were President, Putin would not have invaded Russia.
When Trump was President, he brought Peace to the Middle East.
Trump's Abraham Accords guaranteed a legitimate act of Palestinian self-defense like October 7th was inevitable:

It’s Time to Scrap the Abraham Accords

"But the real premise of the Accords was proving that the Palestinian issue was no longer an obstacle for Israel’s relationships in the region, as Arab states dropped their demand for a Palestinian state as a condition to normalizing ties with Israel.

"The pact promised regional security despite allowing Israel to bypass the rights of 6 million Palestinians living under daily brutality, military occupation, and apartheid rule to establish alliances with authoritarian regional regimes."

He didn't bring "Peace" to the Middle East. He got a couple of corrupt countries that were nowhere near Israel to agree to recognize it if we gave away the store.

Which he did.

Morocco got recognition for their illegal annexation of the Western Sahara.
Sudan got taken off the Terrorist Sponsor list and got sanctions lifted.

Do you not remember, Joe voted for war. Trump didn't vote for the war.

You sell that spittle to the families of the 13 dead service members. The Generals told Biden "NO". Joe didn't listen.

The only representative to vote against the Authorization in 2001 was Barbara Lee. Furthermore Biden publicly disagreed with the Obama surge in Afghanistan.

What about the other 2,448 soldiers killed in Afghanistan under three other presidents? Biden accounted for one half of one percent (0.5%) of the US deaths in Afghanistan. 99.5% were under Bush Obama and Trump. But for the Trumpy Cult, it's Saul Biden fault isn't it?

Can you answer why Benedict Donald didn't enforce 6 out of 7 of the conditions, including the one about stopping terrorists like ISIS from operating from Afghanistan. You know the terrorist group responsible for that Suicide Bomber at the airport.

hahahahha you are a pathetic cultist.
So let me ask you one more question, Secretary Austin, knowing what you know now, if we had stayed in Afghanistan for another year, would it have made a fundamental difference?

Sec. Austin: (02:04:05)
Again, it depends on what size you remain in at, and what your objectives are. There are a range of possibilities, but if you stayed there at a forced posture of 2,500, certainly you’d be in a fight with the Taliban, and you’d have to reinforce yourself.

Yeah, that was the goal if conidtions were met. They weren't. We didn't have to leave. Xiden didn't care about the agreement.

6 out of 7 of the Doha conditions on the Taliban were ignored during the 135 days after the signing, yet Benedict Donald forced our Generals to comply with all of our conditions including the withdrawal of several thousand troops. That was the summer of 2020. After that the troop withdrawals were suppose to be contingent on how well the peace talks between the Afghans were going. They weren't going at all, yet Benedict Donald ordered the withdrawal of all but 2,500 US troops. So the only thing left of the Doha agreement was the truce and the final removal of those remaining troops. Unless you think Joe should have re-invaded Afghanistan to enforce the conditions the Dirty Don let the Taliban slide on? If that is what you wanted, how many more soldiers would you have sacrificed to the God of War?

And last I checked trump didn’t pull out. Xiden pulled out

And last I checked trump didn’t pull out. Xiden pulled out
"when Ambassador Khalilzad signed the Doha agreement with Mullah Baradar on 29, February, 2020, United States at 12,600 US troops "

"Based on my advice and the advice of the commanders, then Secretary of Defense, Esper, submitted a memorandum on nine November recommending to maintain US forces at a level between about 2500 and 4500 in Afghanistan until conditions were met for further reduction. Two days later on 11, November, 2020, I received an unclassified signed order directing the United States military to withdraw all forces from Afghanistan no later than 15, January, 2021."

Gen. Milley: (32:48)
"After further discussions regarding the risks associated with such a withdrawal, the order was rescinded. On 17 November we received a order, to reduce levels to 2,500 plus enabling forces no later than 15 January. "

Not only did he pull out over 10,000 troops he also abandoned 5 military bases and force the Afghan Government into a 5 for 1 prisoner swap that let 5,000 Taliban fighters free to fight again. Twice as many as US troops he left behind for the next CiC.

yes, Trump and the Afgan Govt worked with the Taliban...not sure your point, we were working towards peace....Xiden inherited a path towards it, and ignored it and surrendered.

We know this...

Contradicting Biden, top generals say they recommended a small force stay in Afghanistan

Biden Ordered Afghanistan Withdrawal Despite Objections From Top Advisers, Congress

Leaders within the Pentagon and the intelligence community remain concerned about Biden’s plans to pull out of Afghanistan, U.S. News has learned.

Biden: I would have sought Afghanistan withdrawal even without Trump’s Taliban deal

The president’s acknowledgment comes after he has argued his hands were tied by the previous administration’s agreement.

But Biden can go only so far in claiming the agreement boxed him in. It had an escape clause: The U.S. could have withdrawn from the accord if Afghan peace talks failed. They did, but Biden chose to stay in it, although he delayed the complete pullout from May to September.

]The world was much more peaceful with Trump in command.

What you continue to ignore is that the very same generals admitted under oath that leaving behind any force would have meant going back to war with the Taliban requiring reinforcements and causing new casualties. You still refuse to answer why Dipshit Donnie didn't enforce 6 out of 7 of the conditions of our so called conditional withdrawal during 2020.

I don't ignore anything, you are the one looking for any excuse possible for Xiden's surrender.

whataboutism

So you think the last 13 soldiers killed in Afghanistan were more important than all the others who made the ultimate sacrifice? Only a partisan turd would try to pass that shit off.

I just know that for last year of Trump's term, we lost nobody in combat....didn't take long for Xiden long to screw that peace up.

You also ignore Benedict bragging about how he hamstrung the New CiC and the military. when he blurted this little ditty out in his first Rally after leaving office in 2021.

Afghanistan, where, by the way, I started the process. All the troops are coming back home. They couldn’t stop the process.

Donald Trump: (22:53)
21 years is enough. Don’t we think? 21 years. They couldn’t stop the process. They wanted to, but it was very tough to stop the process when other things…yeah. Thank you. Thank you. It’s a shame.

Why do you think he felt that they couldn't stop the process? What were those other things that made it very tough to stop the process?

Biden didn't lose any soldiers in combat with the Taliban. By ignoring the conditions of the Accords before withdrawing 80% of our troops, Benedict Donald allowed ISIS to still have a foothold in Kabul where the Suicide bomber struck.

Trump was out of office, he didn't have all the information, we know now, they could have. There was an out since the Taliban wasn't living up to their end of the deal.

um those thirteen solders and their family would say something much different.

Afghanistan and Trump.
Remember it:

Trump pledged to stop 'endless wars' but his airstrikes in Afghanistan increased civilian deaths by 330% since 2016
  • "Civilian deaths from airstrikes in Afghanistan rose drastically during the Trump era, according to a new study from Brown University's Costs of War project.
  • "The number of civilians killed by international airstrikes increased about 330 percent from 2016, the last full year of the Obama Administration, to 2019," the study said."
