It's Trump's trial. What Hillary, or anybody else did doesn't matter.

Clinton’s case has absolutely no relevance in the prosecution of Trump.

Period.

It can’t and won’t be brought up in court.
The defense will probably file a motion to discuss Hillary Clinton. Judge Cannon will deny it and tell them that if they mention her name, they will be found in contempt.

actually the Govt will likely file the motion sayijg it can lt be mentioned, based on that’s it’s not relevant and highly prejudicial to their case

the court likely won’t grant it because while it’s prejudicial it’s relevance out weights that.

You are wrong. Be happy about that!

It has become a Republican mantra that Hillary got away with something so therefore, it is unfair to charge Trump for what he did. I personally disagree that she got away with anything, but either way, trump's case is based on his actions, and anything Hillary did or didn't do does not matter. What Biden did or didn't do with documants doesn't matter. What Mike Pence, Obama, GW Bush, or anybody else did doesn't matter. Trump is charged with breaking laws, and his case will be determined on his actions alone. The Artificial Intellegence site ChatGPT seems to agree with me,

The legal case against former President Donald Trump would typically be based on specific charges or allegations brought against him, and it would be determined by the relevant laws, evidence, and legal procedures. The legal process is typically focused on the specific case at hand and is not directly influenced by unrelated matters or individuals who may or may not have faced legal issues in the past.

Whether Hillary Clinton "got away with something" or not is a separate matter from any legal case involving Donald Trump. Each case is evaluated based on its own merits, evidence, and applicable laws. Previous legal matters or perceptions about other individuals do not automatically impact the outcome of a different case.

In the United States, the legal system operates on the principle of due process, which means that each person is entitled to a fair and impartial legal proceeding that considers the specific facts and circumstances of their case. Legal cases are typically judged on their individual merits and are not influenced by unrelated matters.

It's important to consult legal experts or stay updated on current news from reputable sources for accurate and timely information regarding specific legal cases or ongoing proceedings involving Donald Trump or any other individuals.

Wrong.

Trump was president, and as president, he is entirely exempt from and above all classified doc laws.
When president, he can give classified docs to anyone he wants, forever.
And all presidents do keep copies of some classified docs they may want for their presidential library, memoirs, etc. And Mar-a-Lago has better security than the White house, with unpaid interns giving hourly tours.

In contrast, not only was Hillary just a Sec. of State and not above any classified doc law, but she illegally use her own email server instead of the encrypted State Dept one required by law, and then put classified docs on it that could then be easily hacked by anyone in the world. Then on top of that, she illegally wiped her server, so all the evidence was lost.

Trump did incite an insurrection. Did you miss the J6 investigation? Have you forgotten that Jack Smith has moved on to prepping for a J6 Trump indictment?

Get real.

Nonsense.
Jan 6 was perfectly valid political expression based on a false belief the election was defrauded.
The fact they were wrong about the election, does not at all make their protest criminal.
And calling it an "insurrection" is clearly criminal in itself, since there were no arms involved.

You don’t know because you reject media reporting. You prefer the safe space you’ve created with your preconceived notions of what’s real. The reality is that you will be surprised when it happens and cry foul along with the rest of the tard herd. Just as they always do.

We can all read the law on classified docs.
The are EO 13526.
And they clearly say Trump violated no law at all.
When president, he then can legally give copies of any classified doc he wanted, to anyone, including himself.

Your nuttery is exposed. Times the roughly 500 convictions for doing what you idiotically claim is perfectly valid political expression.

You've repeated trump's claims accurately. Unfortunately, for you and him, that's not the way our laws work..
