"Concrete"? No. I'll give you that much, though realistically speaking there is more than enough circumstantial evidence to convict him. Most financial crime cases dont have the benefit of the guys sons damning emails and texts, let alone a million different family members making MILLIONS from the few countries Joe was responsible for as VP.
