I was responding to Silhouette's feverish claims that homosexuals are a 'sexual cult'- and also responding to the use of the slippery slope fallacy so often mentioned by her- when I brought up how homophobes like herself promoted laws that criminalized sex between consenting adults- pointing out the example of Allan Turling- who was one of the main people who cracked the Nazi enigma code- and then 5 years later was persecuted for being gay.

What this has to do with today is Silhouette's constant campaign against anything- and everything homosexual- IF the slippery slope was real, then logically following her recommendations would lead right back to the days when a brilliant mathematician and war hero could be persecuted for having sex with the wrong gender.
