John McCain is correct. Both Democrats and Republicans have gone about healthcare legislation the wrong way. Each seeks to exclude the other from any discussion and input in crafting healthcare legislation. This needs to include both party's or it's just not going to work. The GOP in 2017 has made the same mistake the Democrats did in 2009, in not including the other side. I hope they both learn from this. :bye1:

Except democrats didn't exclude republicans...republicans excluded themselves.
 
Maybe McCain's memory is faulty. Democrats physically locked republicans out of any negotiations concerning the ACA when Hussein was in charge and democrats held the majority in both houses for two years. Now that it is obvious that the ACA is imploding and republicans are in charge the angry and incoherent and leaderless democrat party has decided to be obstructionist rather than participate in negotiations designed to fix the system.
