Correct me if I am wrong, but the US Constitution declares the eligibility requirements for the presidency and Trump meets all of them. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment does not apply because Trump has not been found guilty of insurrection, and in this country we do not assume guilt. We are innocent until proven guilty, and this decision by the Colorado SC is despicable, blatant politics that in fact undermines democracy rather than bolsters it. Let the people choose, THAT is democracy.
