The constitution supports constitutional statutes, one of which permits the federal government to protect federal properties...such as federal buildings. That is the sole reason for the presence of federal officers in Portland at this time. They were protecting the federal courthouse. They were not sent there to assist the local LEO in dealing with protestors unrelated to the federal courthouse. Despite what the asshole liberal leaders in Oregon stated, they did identify themselves to the persons they were arresting.Nappy has been upset ever since he pitched Trump appointing him to the Supreme Court and got turned down.
I care very little about Trump. He's just another New York Democrat.
With regard to the topic itself, we have a very good guide. It's called the constitution.
Federalist papers, conveniently, are a blueprint for a better understanding of it.
