Yes they do. There is no such thing as throwing fireworks then running down the street laughing that you got away. Federal authorities can pursue felons that have vandalized federal property. The constitution supports constitutional statutes, one of which permits the federal government to protect federal properties...such as federal buildings. That is the sole reason for the presence of federal officers in Portland at this time. They were protecting the federal courthouse. They were not sent there to assist the local LEO in dealing with protestors unrelated to the federal courthouse. Despite what the asshole liberal leaders in Oregon stated, they did identify themselves to the persons they were arresting.Nappy has been upset ever since he pitched Trump appointing him to the Supreme Court and got turned down.
I care very little about Trump. He's just another New York Democrat.
With regard to the topic itself, we have a very good guide. It's called the constitution.
Federalist papers, conveniently, are a blueprint for a better understanding of it.
Watch the news. You might learn something now and then.
No they were not. They were dragging people off of the streets well beyond the boundaries of the federal building. They have no authority to drag anyone away beyond the boundaries of the federal building.
They do not have the right to enforce local laws. They clearly were not dragging people away because they committed a federal crime. Some of these were clearly illegal.
