#1 The assessment wasn't done by the Judge, it was from the Palm Beach County Assessor. You know that person responsible for tax assessments in Palm Beach?

#2 The figure from the Judges ruling, that comes from the Palm Beach Assessor is $18 Million to $27.6 Million for the period of 2011-2021. That means the $18 Million figure from the Palm Beach Assessor was for 2011, the current assessed value is about $27.6 Million based on the 2021 figure.

What is illegal is filing an assessment for property taxes saying your 3000 sq/ft is 1000 sq/ft and worth $100,000 and then file for a secured loan from the bank and file an assessment with the lender claiming it's a 10,000 sq/ft Condo valued at $10,000,000.

The REDUCTION in sq/ft and $$$ value would have lowered property taxes when reported to the tax man.

The INCREASE in sq/ft and $$$ was to get higher loan amounts and more favorable terms from a bank.

Attempting to claim a lower value for tax purposes reduces taxes not increases them.

The Judge didn't, the Judge cited the Palm Beach Assessor that the value was $18 Million IN 2011 and is now valued at $27.6 Million NOW (well in 2021).

The Judge didn't come up with the 12 year old $18 Million figure.

Under New York State law it wasn't the lender that filed, it as the State Attorney General for violation of State Business Laws.

So you will need to hold on for awhile.

This ruling is a summary judgement based on the facts submitted by the plaintiff and the defendant, there are some issues that were not part of the judgement - those are scheduled for trial starting on October 2nd.

Don't know where this is coming from.

Trump elected the bench trial and not a jury.

Due process has been followed because this is being conducted in a court of law with Trump having full defense capabilities.

Issues not covered under the Summary Judgement are scheduled for a bench trial on October 2nd.

So the whole - "without due process" is incorrect.
