Thus far, Brownback’s embrace of his “god blessed” trickle down experiment to enrich the wealthy and corporations will cost the state $5 billion in revenue within a few years despite a non-existent possibility of Brownback and Republicans addressing a $278 million revenue shortfall within a few months. Kansas school districts got more money not less......the reason school districts fail is that they waste, steal or lose the money they are given.....they fill their district with unecessary positions, Superintendant of this, assistant superintendant of that...to the point they have administrators to administrators who all get 6 figure salaries, have even more staff, and then they sit around all day spending money on things that they don't need and don't spend money on the things they need.....

Look into your local school district....see what a fuck up the people in charge make of the money they get....then get back to me......

They hold our children hostage to their demands for more money they can waste, steal or lose...
