Brilllliant! Lets say that there is a 2 year old special needs child in need of a home. The only people to come forward who are willing and able to take her is a Lesbian couple. The child does not even know what Lesbians are. How long do we wait for another couple to come along.? Or, do we wait until the child is old enough to make an informed decision? I've known plenty of same sex couples that adopted children or were raising children from their previous hetero marriages and they were perfectly good parents. Since most happened to be professional couples, they were probably better than some. Very thoughtful about how they were raising their kids and very active and concerned.
Based on what I've seen, I have no problem whatsoever with the idea of homosexual couples adopting children.
