Kansas' top court rejects 2 anti-abortion laws, bolstering state right to abortion access

The voters passed a constitutional amendment to make abortion a right, and overturn the laws they NEVER WANTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
LOL wrong. Now law was ever passed, much less a constitutional amendment.

Laws were passed to restrict abortion, that were struck down by its state Supreme Court, as they claimed the state constitution protected abortion even though it did not (much like how the Roe v Wade case used mental gymnastics to legalize abortion in America).

An amendment to the state constitution was proposed to state abortion isn’t a right, and it failed to pass, so no new amendment regarding abortion has ever passed. So for now it is stuck on the court ruling, even though they are following the Roe v Wade precedent that has now been thrown out.

The majority have voted in that state to have restrictions time and time again.

No they have not!!! Kentucky voted overwhelmingly to enshrine the right to abortion in the state's Constitution. Kentucky has ONLY held ONE vote on abortion rights and the anti-abortion, women killing laws were overturned by the VOTERS, asshole!!

"Kentucky voters rejected a ballot measure aimed at denying any constitutional protections for abortion, handing a victory to abortion-rights supporters who have seen access to the procedure eroded by Republican lawmakers in the deeply red state."

Voting against an amendment to the constitution doesn’t equate to amending the constitution in the other direction, you dolt.
