Thank you for the clarification on the bolder portion of your comment above as I was confused about the why she would be in fear of Kavanaugh inadvertently killing her. Not being able to breath because someone is on top of you while holding their hand over your mouth which can block your ability to breath through your nose would be frightening and can cause panic.
