Interesting that you would be defending HER right to express her opinions on the air considering that she hasn't been as accommodating of others' opinions, especially famous entertainers, when their opinions were different from her own. In fact, she even felt so strongly about it that she wrote a book on the subject with the abbreviated title, "Shut Up and Sing." She felt that those liberals in Hollywood should just keep their opinions to themselves.
What she does on her show is between her and the broadcast company. What books she writes are between her and her publisher. My guess is as long as she is a profitable vehicle her partners will ride her. That's how it works in America and if you don't like how we do it you have the right to get the fuck out.
As already stated, you have the right to tune her out but not the right to shut her up.
Actually, what Laura does on her show is also the business of the FCC.
And evidently the FCC has no problem with how she expresses her opinions. Perhaps you should quit trying to justify your hateful silliness and just drop it.
