Leaving Trump..........Election-wise. Tide is clearly TURNING!

I wouldn't get my hopes up. Harris is not exactly a strong candidate.
We don't need strength.

This is the reality of the situation

Wow, you are calling actual facts (young signing up to vote for Harris due to Swift endorsement) delusional. I think we can easily see who is delusional................YOU
Swift has lost several of her big sponsors because of her endorsement of Kamala, as well as due to her juvenile obsession with the Chiefs and her boozing habits.

Trump will win in a landslide. The crooked media pollsters are lying to you.

He is the guy that put tariffs on China that ended up costing us more than what we gained. He is the one that mishandled the Covid pandemic and caused us over 200,000 unnecessary deaths and was one of the causes why inflation went so high. He is the one

As far as your statement about Trump imposing sanctions on Russia, you have to be kidding right?

Under pressure, Trump slaps long-overdue sanctions on Russia over chemical weapons use

WashingtonCNN —
Under sustained pressure from Congress, President Donald Trump has imposed long-overdue, legally mandated sanctions on Russia for its poisoning of an ex-spy in the United Kingdom.

Be specific on what mess has Biden and Kamala put us into

1) is it the stock market making new all-time highs and 30% above where Trump left it?

2) Is it the lowering of the pandemic induced inflation more than any of the other G7 countries?

3) is it the fact that earnings have continued higher at a stronger rate than inflation?

4) is it the GDP average growth of 3.5% worse than Trump's 2.7% growth

5) is it the fact that crime was reduced under Bidens administration vs Trump's?

I will grant you one thing that was a mistake under Biden and that was illegal immigration. Biden did mess up there. By the same token, they have taken steps to remedy that problem and during the past 6 months, illegal immigration has come down substantially

So tell me again, what is the mess that Trump has to get us out of?
What did Trump do to cause high inflation?

The swifties will make no difference.

What did Trump do to cause high inflation?
I am going to try to explain it to you in detail so you can understand how Trump's handling of Covid was one of the strong reasons why inflation went so high.

Let's begin with this statement from the Brookins Institute:

Ben Bernanke, Distinguished Senior Fellow at the Hutchins Center at Brookings, and Olivier Blanchard, Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, answer a timely question: What caused the increase in U.S. inflation during and after the COVID-19 pandemic?

They find that many forecasters, including those at the Federal Reserve, anticipated that inflationary pressures arising from the large fiscal packages in the U.S. would appear primarily in the labor market, as increased demand for workers put upward pressure on wages and, ultimately, prices. In fact, most of the rise in inflation in 2021 and 2022 was driven by developments that directly raised prices rather than wages, including sharp increases in global commodity prices and sectoral price spikes driven by a combination of pandemic-induced kinks in supply chains and a huge shift in demand during the pandemic to goods from services.

From Forbes:

Donald Trump’s monumental errors in response to the spreading of the novel coronavirus are the source of higher prices today that too many wise people are mistaking for inflation.

The simple truth is that Trump erred massively in his support for the lockdowns related to the coronavirus, and much, much worse, his signing of the $3 trillion Cares Act subsidized the very lockdowns on a national level without which American consumers wouldn’t be enduring higher prices today.

The few countries like Japan, South Korea and even China avoided high inflation due to their handling of the Corona Virus, given that they shut down businesses early in the pandemic and as such, were able to open up sooner and not face a growing pandemic expansion, such as we had here when Trump did not handle the pandemic right and when Biden took over, the infection rate of the pandemic was expanding rapidly.

That is the explanation and how Trump was the one that caused it to get so bad.

Forget about the polls. Common sense (for those that have it - not Trumpers) shows that Trump would be a disaster for this country. This is why so many Republicans have abandoned Trump. For every person that has changed sides from Democrat to Republican, there have been 20 that have changed sides from Republican to Democrat.

When your own leaders have stated that Trump is a disaster, it doesn't make sense to vote for Trump

Then kindly explain why inflation never went above 2% at any point of Donald Trump's administration yet soared under Biden/Harris? Explain why Larry Summers warned Joe Biden that his huge stimulus bills as we were coming out of the pandemic were going to be highly inflationary?

Trump erred with the lockdowns? What? Trump left the lockdowns to individual State's Governors! As he should have. In what way did he "err"?

Compare and contrast, Lucky!
People were better off financially under Trump. Biden/Harris have cost the average American over $40,000 extra to buy the things they typically purchase. That's money out of retirement funds, kid's college funds, savings accounts...that's money they'll have to work for years and years to make up.
The world was safer under Trump. Russia wasn't invading anyone. Iran's proxies weren't attacking Israel. 3 Arab nations signed peace accords with Israel. Now we're literally closer to a major war than we've been in decades under Joe Biden.

Keep deluding yourself. Mother Nature will always win in the end and in this case, Trump is against Mother Nature.

The only reason why we were better off with Russia under Trump is that Trump is Putin's puppet and he helps Putin. As such, he didn't need to invade Ukraine because under Trump, he was getting to where NATO would get dissolved and Putin could invade without costs. Under Biden, it has cost Putin and arm and a leg and he still has not won.

The world was not safer under Trump. Keep in mind that scams often take time to collect their winnings. Often, something is given at the beginning so that ultimately you take the big prize home. That is what Trump was doing. He was setting the stage for things of a bigger nature would be accomplished slowly but surely.......and that is our Democracy overturned, NATO disbanded, and a dictator telling us what to do............in the future.

Unfortunately for Putin, Trump was so incompetent that he was unable to do enough to stay in power (Putin took power 30 years ago and has not lost it. He is competent). As such, the scam broke down and Putin had to do it another way. It has cost him big time and it is because of Biden and not because of Trump.

Then again, you can't see this picture since you have become a cult member that believes in Trump blindly.

You can believe whatever you want to believe. By the way, this election is not going to be about dock workers strike and the Middle East war. It is about Hate versus Peace and about Criminality versus prosecution. It is about a lack of proven competence versus benefit of the doubt.
Trump has a proven track record as probably the most successful first term in the history of the presidency. Kamala is completely incompetent.

Trump erred with the lockdowns? What? Trump left the lockdowns to individual State's Governors! As he should have. In what way did he "err"?
This was not a State pandemic but a national pandemic. Trump is in charge of the response that will affect the nation. Each state has to give in when national well being is the objective. Bottom line, you are blaming Biden for the problems we are in. With your way of thinking, why not blame each individual state for their own inflation problems? Bottom line, Trump failed to keep the pandemic manageable (like the Asian countries did) and that caused inflation to be worse than it should have been.

There are no doubts about this. It is clear as a bell...................to anyone that thinks clearly.

Sure he does (LOL). That is why historians have him as the worst president ever, right? because he was successful and the historians are all politicians that hate Trump, right?

Trump made NATO stronger! The truth is...if Trump hadn't held our NATO allies feet to the fire and forced them to live up to their defense commitment...they wouldn't have been able to help Ukraine as much as they have!

Wow, you are calling actual facts (young signing up to vote for Harris due to Swift endorsement) delusional. I think we can easily see who is delusional................YOU
Last week Kamala was up 4 points in MI... today its tied... 4 points in one week... so I'm not sure where you are getting your news from but its inaccurate.....

Trump gave each State's Governor the job of deciding what degree of lock down was appropriate for that State. It was the obvious thing to do because a one size fits all approach would make no sense at all. New York is not the same as South Dakota.

Again...why did inflation never go above 2% during any part of Trump's four years?

Sure he does (LOL). That is why historians have him as the worst president ever, right? because he was successful and the historians are all politicians that hate Trump, right?
Speaking as a History major, Lucky? I find those Presidential "ratings" rather amusing. Worst President ever? Based on what criteria? That academics don't like him?

The MAGA Idiots keep forgetting that the height of Trump's political fortunes was winning the 2016 election.

But he lost the popular vote in 2016, won 3 battle ground states by less than 0.5 %, and won 2 more by less than 1.5%.

Clinton was a terrible candidate who believed it was her destiny to win.

Since then, every election has gone from bad to worse for Trump. Biden barely campaigned in 2020.

Now, Harris has energized the political left and is popular with independents and the political middle. Walz is a BIG + for her campaign.

Meanwhile, people are running from Trump in droves. J6 alienated a huge number of voters that would have voted for Trump but are patriotic Americans.

Only the hardcore MAGA idiots are standing by him.

If Trump had graciously conceded to 2020 election, he'd almost certainly win in 2024. Instead, he's going to spend the rest of his days in prison!
