So you aren't bothered with how people dress?

Or this one. The leftists all love it because it is a sign that female human beings are owned by their male masters

The Tea Party uprising was during the Bush years. It was a protest against Bush giving away the store to Wall Street with his bail out.

@pknopp

And historically-speaking, it was during the Bush and Clinton eras that the Democrat Party went full-blown Marxist with the protests at the World Trade Organization in 1999 and the "Occupy Wall Street Movement" in 2011.

A lot of leftist politicians have voters believing that they are liberal. Liberals believe in freedom of speech, leftists do not. Leftists are not interested in anyone's rights except their own. Divide and conquer is how they achieve that. Some of them advocate for (among other things) separate graduation ceremonies for black and white students. There is a name for that. It's called "Separate but equal". In America, liberals are patriotic Americans, leftists are not! Liberal politicians need to challenge leftists in primary elections. The future of America depends on that happening.
Same argument could be made for rightests vs ligament conservatives.

You're allowed to have your own opinions, but not your own facts.

Today's Bailout Anniversary Reminds Us That the Tea Party Is More Than Anti-Obama

December 16, 2017 is the tenth anniversary of the modern Tea Party. That fact will surprise many laypersons who uncritically accept the mainstream narrative that the Tea Party began on February 19, 2009 when Rick Santelli, live on CNBC from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), declared a rebellion against "socialism" one month

The initial Tea Party (until Palin and Bachmann took over) and Occupy were both right.

Obama sucked. Fuck him.

I'm right leaning but.....

I see the utility of abortion, I despise never ending wars and over the top .mil spending, and mostly just want to be left alone to make my way the best I can within the bounds of my abilities and reasonable law.

When laws start to get unreasonable like they are now I'll skirt those laws the best I can to get by.

My ligaments started off very liberal, but hate any sort of sudden change these days.
Damn spell checker and glossing. "legitimate". I meant Rightists vs legitimate conservatives.:rolleyes:

I would say you are within tolerances (most of the time) of what I call "normal conservatives". I might be accused of thinking similarly except I never, ever announce personal SOP to skirt laws. A "No need for people to see me coming" and no social media record of intent, kind of thing, so I would never announce if that were my position, and not saying it is or isn't.:cool:

I'd say your way out hard right along with me.
