And they clearly say that presidents are totally exempt, can do what ever they want with classified docs, and clearly it now only has always been that way, but obviously has to be that way.
The whole point of classified docs is so that presidents can share them with whomever they want, like labs, allies, cabinet members, ambassadors, generals, etc.
And no one ever has to return classified doc, especially NOT the president.
The PRA and NARA only ensure the archives also get a copy.
PRA and NARA do not and cannot take classified doc copies from others.

Two was the attempt to join NATO.
Three was the murder of over 30k ethnic Russian Ukrainian natives by the Azov Battalion.
Four was Zelensky cutting off all negotiations with Moscow.

Those four amount to a declaration of war, so Zelensky deliberately started the war.
