Trump had a bigger mess to clean up and if he happens to become president again he might set the bar higher, Reagan though, was the end boss of presidents. From substance to image.

Reagan followed Carter who, until Biden, was the most disastrous President we had had since Hoover though Obama was not anybody freedom loving people should champion. But Trump didn't have near the mess to clean up in 2021 as Reagan did in 1981 and Reagan did really well. Trump has the ability to think outside the box and figure out what will actually solve problems far better than Reagan did though and had more accomplishments to show for his first four years.

If the country can survive two more years of Biden and if the GOP can hold the House and Senate and if Trump does decide to throw his hat back in the ring, I can't think of anybody would would do a better job of at least getting started on cleaning up the mess that Biden has made.
