Man who ran over BLM rioters will NOT face charges

They claimed there was not enough evidence, I disagree with them. It is pretty much that simple.

Not sure what more you want from me other than to always 100% agree with you since you seem to attack anyone that is not in lockstep with you.

Ok, why do you disagree with them? They were presented with all of the evidence the prosecution had. Grand Juries are notorious for being easily led. The fact that the prosecution opted for a Grand Jury, instead of a regular Prelim, is telling.

That means the prosecution KNEW their case was shit, but were desperate to get it to trial anyway.

The fact that a Grand Jury told them to fuck off is even more telling.

But, I actually know a lot about the legal system. Evidently you don't.

Trump got rid of the program Clinton and Biden passed that jailed thousands of blacks. But bratha still calls him a racist.

Yes he has, and he can't point to one thing Trump ever said racist about black people. Too bad we can't say the same about Dementia who said several racist things about blacks in his time in office.

Yes, that's exactly what they said. The job of the GJ is to determine if a crime was committed. If a crime was committed, then they would have forwarded it to a trial.

No, the job of the GJ is to determine if enough evidence exists to charge someone with a crime. They do not determine if a crime was committed or not.

Of course they do. If they believe a crime was committed they forward it to a trial jury where both sides of the case can be heard. If you are summoned to a grand jury, your lawyer is not there. You don't get cross examined. It's just you and the prosecutor. The prosecutor asks questions, you answer them, and the jury decides if a crime may have been committed based on your answers or evidence brought before them.

You are wrong, all they do is determine if enough evidence exists to charge someone with a crime. Nothing more. That is not the same thing as determining if a crime has been committed, that is what the jury trial is for.

It's clear in the video they stopped his vehicle. These were not people crossing the street. They were standing there facing his car.

He had to drive over a curb to run over the person he ran over...which seems to indicate the person was not blocking the road

Too bad history in America proves that stupid ass statement wrong.
Our history shows that we fought a civil war to free slaves.
Our history shows that freed slaves chose to remain in America instead of returning to Africa.
Our history shows that Africans continue to immigrate to America since it’s a thousand times better than living in an African shit hole.
