Manchin Didn’t Just Shiv Biden’s Agenda, He Whacked Biden’s Central Campaign Promise Too

You moron. Every cent comes out of the pockets of the consumers.
What a retarded idiot.

So, where did it come from before?
That's legit business, dumbass.
It is a cost of business just like anything else that the consumer pays for. That is basic Economics.
So, so is labor, insurance, expansions, buying equipment, inspections, buying vehicles, building improvements, rent or property taxes, production costs or any number of things, depending on the type of business.
So why doesn't the GQP whine about those cost and demand lower cost for them?
The filthy ass government collects about a trillion a year in that stupid tax and it comes out of the productive economy and is transferred to the the worthless wasteful government bureaucracy to pay for welfare the illegal aliens and idiotic Environmental Wacko subsidies. Maybe some obamaphones thrown in.
Cry me a river GQP nut.
Stupid Trumptards claim to love America but don't want to pay for it.
You idiot Moon Bats don't know any more about Economics than you know about History, Biology, Climate Science, Ethics or the Constitution.
Sure you whack job.
Immigrants know more about all those than any Trumptard and................it shows.

Manchin Didn’t Just Shiv Biden’s Agenda, He Whacked Biden’s Central Campaign Promise Too

If anyone should understand Joe Manchin’s motives for screwing average Americans, the environment, and our democracy itself, it should be “Status Quo Joe” Biden. Manchin’s political decisions, aside from being self-serving, are dictated by his true constituents. No, not the voters back home, his duty is to his high-powered political contributors.

Like the vast majority of Senate members, regardless of party affiliation, the needs of the folks back home are rarely a priority, except those folks back home that head major corporations or whose personal wealth is in the ten-figure range... or larger.

Biden is no stranger to opposing bills to aid working families, the poor, the elderly, etc., he spent his career in the Senate serving the same “constituency” as Joe Manchin. As was stated by AOC, Manchin’s plans to kill legislation beneficial to average Americans was clear months ago. So no one aware of Manchin’s personal business holdings and where he placed his political loyalties should be surprised by anything Manchin says or does.

GOP leaders should thank Manchin publicly for his consistent opposition, since he was able to do what Mitch McConnell could not.

But the progs lied both about the size of the bill and about paying for child tax credits. They pared their bill down to "one year," but no one should believe for a second that they wouldn't be back next year arguing to extend it, just as they are trying to extend it from their First stimulus bill.

And businesses are paying more to attract workers. And inflation is leeching into the service sector as wall as goods.

imo that was the prog plan all along. "Give" breeders more money per child to stay home in an effort to shrink the workforce and drive up pay. THAT is a lot different from the theory behind min wage or even using a tax credit to just make it possible to afford child care and reduced cost school lunches. I don't agree people voted for what the expansion of the child tax credit really is.

I do now.
You know why idiot?
Confirmation, something the GQP threw out A LONG time ago.
if i could get someone who speaks the language of the fucktarded to translate this, i'd appreciate it.

now - based on the topic at hand and your continued one track GOP BAD pony, why do you refuse to look at both sides with a critical eye? when you do nothing but attack all one side does and defend all your side does, you lose any credibility you could ever hope to dream of having.

manchin is fighting for in most respects who we used to be. back when we had issues but talked through them. back when compromise wasn't such a nasty word. he realizes you can't run roughshod over the other side and call "US" a country. we can't keep blindly pushing one side for the only reason it isn't the other. the house of cards is missing the foundation at this point and is like wile e coyote in the air about to fall. you seem cool with it as long as you get what YOU want. screw the rest of the country as they are evil for daring to be against you.

you and far too many like you don't want to speak to the issues and work on common solutions, you seem to simply get up for 1 purpose and that is to be an idiot.

congrats. you're definitely one of the best in that regard.

So, where did it come from before?
Before the filthy tax was created the people got to keep that money and spend it in the productive economy instead of it going to a stupid bureaucrat government weenie to be spent on a worthless project like giving welfare to Illegal aliens.

Go take a course in basic Economics and then you may learn something and not come across as an uneducated idiot every time you post your Marxists bullshit.

Elections have consequences. If the Dems want an expansive initiative like this, they have to do better at the ballot box.

If the Democrats can't beat the GOP in its current ugly condition, soundly, in states throughout the country, maybe they need to look in the mirror.
yeah cause the Democratic party isn't ugly itself...

If we stopped that filthy ass Corporate tax then some companies would lower prices if they thought it would give them a competitive advantage.
They do anyway, they're called sales, black Friday, end of the year, start of the year, Christmas in July, every holiday.
Other companies would use that money to fund capital projects. Others to improve technology. Others to hire more workers.
That's the premise of the GQP has been sold on.
Some do, some don't.

In all cases the money would be spent in the productive economy instead of being given to a stupid federal bureaucrat that would waste the money on some worthless bullshit Progressive project.

Of course, like education, roads, lights for the roads, bridges, national parks, veterans and their hospitals, rivers, dams, ports, railroads, etc.
You know, stupid stuff.

Manchin read the tea leaves and decided the Democrats are headed for a political disaster not seen since...well, maybe ever. And he decided he wanted no part of it.

Really really bad news for you, Leftists. Doubling down on the "unvaccinated" might make you feel better but will not improve your prospects.

Well that and he is probably considering a 2024 presidential run.

Right moron.
So, who is going to fix the pothole on the highway?
Who's going to fix that bridge that crumbling?
Who's going to save that ship that just sank?
Who will clean it up?
Who will restore Kentucky?
You?
Go take a course in basic Economics and then you may learn something and not come across as an uneducated idiot every time you post your Marxists bullshit.
Sure, you fucking moron, everyone for themselves, until it's YOU that needs more help than you can provide.

LOL! You don't have a clue how much better it is to spend money in the productive economy than it is to give to the wasteful inefficient government, do you?

You really need to study Economics a little bit so that you don't come across as a dumbass every time you post your Marxist bullshit.

AOC: "I represent more people than Manchin" (anyone care to fact-check that?) she later bellowed: "the way the Senate functions in unconsciable"

Are you trying to suggest "Build Back Better" is to aid working families, the poor, the elderly, etc?

Brandon's central campaign promise shouldn't have been screwing America.

The mega powerful are never going to give back anything. Tricky devils 1st instead of raising prices much they just lowered the content 5 pounds of sugar for two dollars became 4 pounds for two dollars. that's just one of the tricks. Now in a politically charged time when there making RECORD profits..... scream inflation & raise prices on everything.

So, why did Goldman Sacs cut their economic forecast for the US after manchun’s decision?
The Wall Street firm told clients Sunday it no longer assumes President Joe Biden's signature legislation will get through the narrowly divided Congress, citing the West Virginia Democrat's announcement that he's a "no" on the $1.75 trillion bill.
"A failure to pass BBB has negative growth implications," Goldman Sachs economists, led by Jan Hatzius, said in the research report.
Citing the "apparent demise" of Build Back Better, Goldman Sachs now expects GDP to grow at an annualized pace of 2% in the first quarter, down from 3% previously.

The bank also trimmed its GDP forecasts for the second quarter to 3% (from 3.5% previously) and the third quarter to 2.75% (compared with 3% previously). It specifically pointed to the expiration of the child tax credit and the lack of the other new spending that had been anticipated

Seems that the government freebies had a lot to do with your question, otto
