That’s rewriting the law to excuse Biden: since when is it OK to steal classified docs out of a SCIF as long as you turn them over when you‘re found out?Biden turned them over when asked. Trump isn’t being charged for having them he is being charged for lying and hiding them when asked for them back.
Biden turned them over when asked. Trump isn’t being charged for having them he is being charged for lying and hiding them when asked for them back.
No it’s not. Pence was given the same treatment. Trump was also given over a year to give back the docs. He decided to lie and hide. That’s why he is in legal troubleThat’s rewriting the law to excuse Biden: since when is it OK to steal classified docs out of a SCIF as long as you turn them over when you‘re found out?
The house isn’t law enforcement… but yes if he lied then he should be held to account. As far as that body can hold people accountableCool, then using this standard then Wray should be charged for lying to the House about not having documents.
How did you prove he stole them out of a SCIF?That’s rewriting the law to excuse Biden: since when is it OK to steal classified docs out of a SCIF as long as you turn them over when you‘re found out?
No one said they were deleted. Trump ordered them deleted, but fortunately for the rule of law, the IT tech refused to do it.Well this is not really a shocker. This Smith guy is turning out to be a putz.
“Mar-a-Lago Security Tapes Were NOT DELETED” – Trump Accuses Jack Smith of Prosecutorial Misconduct, Illegal Leaks
President Trump on Sunday ripped Biden’s corrupt Justice Department in a series of Truth Social posts.
Last week Special Counsel Jack Smith hit Trump with a superseding indictment in the classified documents case and accused the former president of being a part of a scheme to delete Mar-a-Lago security tapes.
Trump was charged with three new counts, including one count for willful retention of national defense information related to a document he allegedly showed staffers at his Bedminster golf club.
Smith also charged a third defendant in Trump’s classified documents case on Thursday.
Jack Smith charged Carlos De Oliveira, a maintenance worker who helped Trump aide Walt Nauta move boxes of documents around at Mar-a-Lago.
Carlos De Oliveira, 56, was added to the obstruction conspiracy charges filed in the original charges.
According to the superseding indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Carlos De Oliveira told ‘Trump Employee 4’ that “the boss” [Trump] wanted the server at Mar-a-Lago deleted.
No security tapes were deleted.
A lot if you’re interested in law and order.Come on man, at this point what difference does it make...
Joe Biden is a lizard alien from Tralfamadore! This could be the first ever "AI prosecution" where all evidence
doctored audio tapes
phony claims of video missing
documents in the bathroom that were never in the bathroom
is simply AI fraud.
The audio is DEFINITELY fraud.
No, Mark. When it came out that Biden stole classified docs from the SCIF and had them all over his houses - while simultaneously ordering a midnight raid of Trump for the same thing - Dems were in a panic. How could they go after Trump for having classified docs when Biden also did?No it’s not. Pence was given the same treatment. Trump was also given over a year to give back the docs. He decided to lie and hide. That’s why he is in legal trouble
LOCK HIM UP!Sicing the DOJ after your #1 political opponent is a fucking conspiracy!!!!

No, the DOJ is supposed to be law enforcement. But they are obstructing Justice in order to protect a corrupt president, so it’s up to the House. The house isn’t law enforcement… but yes if he lied then he should be held to account. As far as that body can hold people accountable
Hahahahaha, you listen to way too much fake news. None of that happened. Trump had 18 months to turn the docs over. He didn’t. When Biden and pence were asked they cooperated. That’s the difference hereNo, Mark. When it came out that Biden stole classified docs from the SCIF and had them all over his houses - while simultaneously ordering a midnight raid of Trump for the same thing - Dems were in a panic. How could they go after Trump for having classified docs when Biden also did?
Then they came up with a transparent “gotcha” scheme: They make the crime NOT taking classified docs, and NOT having them scattered all over, but ONLY not returning them when you’ve been found out.
Americans aren’t as stupid, Mark, as you think. They see all this and will vote against it.
Again. You’re a victim of fake partisan newsNo, the DOJ is supposed to be law enforcement. But they are obstructing Justice in order to protect a corrupt president, so it’s up to the House.
OkIt's not illegal for that and for lawyers to lie their clients. It's not illegal for politicians or the media to lie to us.
One of the worst wrongs mankind and commit on each other, lying, isn't illegal.
Yes. Again, 18 USC 1503 specify it's illegal to prevent an "officer of the court" from executing their duty. In your examples he's defending their client. In this example the lawyer is acting as an officer of the court and the lie is actual a crime. It's not illegal to lie to your lawyer, criminal defendants do that shit all the time. If a defendant in say a murder case lies to his lawyer about having the murder weapon and the lawyer subsequently says that in court even, is that obstruction of justice? I dont know. I feel like things of that nature happen routinely. Certainly the lawyer isnt at fault, but is the defendant? Is he required to be truthful in that scenario?
You're a good little Stalinist piglet, ain't yaLOCK HIM UP!
Trump had his lawyer sign an official statement which Trump knew to be a lie. That's a crime. Open and shut. It's not illegal to lie to your lawyer, criminal defendants do that shit all the time. If a defendant in say a murder case lies to his lawyer about having the murder weapon and the lawyer subsequently says that in court even, is that obstruction of justice? I dont know.
