Mayor bass plans to house homeless in hotels

It's a good idea to lease the units that are empty. Studies have proven the cost savings is dramatically reduced. Less costs to city and county facilities, ie; fire, police, first responders, medical clinics and hospitals.
They will all be empty except for drug addicts shooting up

Not mentioned was whether the hotels can refuse to accept homeless people

LA has around 60K people unhoused on any given day. They aren't all drug addicts, so nice try.

she said housing to be built in EVERY neighborhood.....yea we will see if any are built in the wealthy ones.....

What should we do with the homeless?
Soylent Green? No seriously, these need to be state wide solutions and not the duty of the city. Just like El Paso having to deal with the homeless asylum seekers being "processed" and then released on the street.

According to Republicans that claim tobe Christians we let them die on the streets.
The religious effort of all denominations have been carrying the load for many years. They can feed and clothe, but permanent housing is different. Especially when 25% of those living on the streets are severally mentally ill.

If someone is staying at the Ritz Carlton, they don't want bums staying in the adjacent room stinking up the joint.

Even if they are just using the room for a pee party with Los Angeles hookers, because the Bidens heard that the Trumps stayed in that same room.

Why would any other city/municipality have to deal with Los Angeles failed policies?
