Medicare for all capitalism is what Republicans should want:

I have Medicare and it works great. The OP is stupid, just making stuff up.
Works great? How stupid it costs 4 times what other countries pay!! You mean it's great because it's free and you feel entitled to Leech off of other people??
Link?
You want to link to demonstrate that you think it works great because it's free and you get to leech off of other people?
You're a liar, not worth my time.

If so why so afraid to tell exactly what the lie is? What do you learn from your fear?

Wasteful duplication in govt health programs would be eliminated, 100% of Americans would be on it, govt would send every man woman and child $10,000 per year to pay for health care, prices would be published, providers would compete on basis of price and quality for customers. This would reduce prices 80%. The savings could pay off the national debt in 6 years!!
Let's whip out the old abacus here...

321 million x $10,000 = $3,210,000,000,000

That's $3.2 trillion per year, and we'll pay off the debt in 6 years. Yeah. Got it.

This is what happens when people who absolutely no clue what they're talking about start tossing out "ideas".

Expand the Medicare/Medicare Advantage/Medicare Supplement system to all, based on its current chassis, the extra $3.2T not necessary.

Holy crap.
.
It costs $10,000 per person now. When capitalism reduces prices 80% you save $8000 per person and pay off debt at rate of $3 trillion a year! Now do you understand???
Show me how "capitalism reduces prices 80%".

I'm a numbers guy. Walk me through the numbers. Real numbers, not shallow platitudes.

You must have them, you've tried this before.

And speaking of numbers, where did you get the "$10,000 per person now" figure?

Answer the above and I'll understand.

A numbers guy?? Mostly you're a typical liberal dummy guy incapable of learning!

WASHINGTON — Total spending on health care in the United States increased last year at the fastest rate since the 2008 recession, reaching $3.2 trillion, or an average of nearly $10,000 a person, the Department of Health and Human Services reported on Friday.

The growth coincided with continuing increases in the number of Americans with insurance coverage, through private health plans or Medicaid.

Federal spending on health care has increased by 21 percent over the past two years, as millions of Americans gained coverage through the Affordable Care Act, the department said in its annual report on health spending.

So, Ed, you want to add another 3.2 trillion to the 3.2 trillion that is being spent annually on health care. Right?

You're saying you want the government to subsidize the whole thing?

And where are the numbers on the 80% savings?
.

Yep, I'm thrilled to death with mine. I have a substitute with the CHP I had for decades previously.

So this works great for you and me. The problem comes in when we try to figure out WHO IS GOING TO PAY AND HOW?

Please check the bottom line, Unfunded Liabilities.

.
Government through Medicaid Medicare as chip VA community clinics Indian health care etc. pays for most of healthcare now anyway by switching to capitalism prices will come down 80% and Americans could increasingly pay for more and more of their healthcare out of pocket so the $10,000 would gradually be reduced to zero dollars that's why we call it Medicare for all capitalism. Now do you understand

We know the difference between what Germans and West Germans could afford and the difference between what Soviet citizens and American citizens could afford and the difference between what Floridians can afford and what Cubans Can afford. Now do you understand how liberal socialism makes people very very poor so I can't afford anything

Edward, you keep making huge statements with no numbers.

Please give us how you get to conclusion.

And where are the doctors and healthcare professionals willing to take an 80% cut in pay?
All the doctors who are willing to work for 80% less are in Canada Europe Japan Australia 1+1 = 2 why did you think their healthcare costs 25% of what ours does???
