Michigan Electors To Have Police Escort Ahead Of Monday Vote

I don't ever recall the state of our country being so bad that electors need police escort to perform their duties and election officials, workers, and their families receive death threats.

And people excusing this.

Did they really need it or was it just because?

No. It wasn't just because. They'd been receiving threats. Credible threats according to law enforcement. Is there any point where we can admit that we are going way too far?

We had Senators shot at a baseball game, that was to far. Charlottesville was to far, running people out of restaurants and then chasing them down the street was to far, cops putting a knee on a guy’s throat was to far, rioting all summer was to far, 8-80 year olds getting beat up over a hat is to far.

This, wanting extra police and nothing happening wasn’t to far, it is now normal, it’s been that way for years.
