They had already been previously picked up by ICE and released awaiting a hearing. They did not stalk this female. She had a cellphone and met them at the store. Normally she has black hair and looks like a child, but she colored her hair "red" and it made her look like a 22 year old exotic pole dance. With her being only 12 years old she had no street smarts. She did not know that if a grown man buys you some chips and a soda to him... he bought you because money left his pockets.

She thought she was with two 15 or 16 year old boys, but they were grown men who for a few dollars can get a lap dance. She was just a kid and had no street smarts about men and money. Poor baby, they still did not have to strangle her to death like that.
