It's not the size of the round that does the damage, it what it does when it hits the body. The gun was designed for war - so that when you shoott someone, they don't get up.

It's a reasonable argument to say that this is, at least in part, a cultural issue. We need to look at every part of a problem, not just those that suit us.

I went to high school from 1979-1983 in southern Indiana.
Back then it was popular for folks to have gun racks in the back window of their pick up trucks.
Kids came to school with those guns in their trucks everyday. And this was happening all over rural America.
Yet - not one incident.
There is something about post 1990s society that changed.
Find that reason, and you will find why this is happening.
