I guess you missed my post that if the two marshalls knew there was a kid in the car and fired anyway, I'm ok with them being prosecuted.

And they also know kids are present in homes when they do drug bust and countless children have been killed and injured during these events....next?

and? Did they know there was a kid in the truck? You didn't state that there in that reply, instead you wandered off to homes and drug busts. So, not sure your point to mine.

All I am saying is that the father, this man that had his kid in the car, is more responsive to this ordeal than the cops. And we all know if the roles were reversed and this was a black kid, murdered....all you people here would be pointing fingers at the dad and his role in all this. And two white cops would be free today.
