It's just a misunderstanding. I was told to rest a while between reps when exorcising. So I take a break of 2 to 3 years after every rep.

Let's see.Wrong in every aspect.
The body is made for work and activity.Exercise is what the body is made for.
It doesn't 'need' regimented exercise to be physically fit.It needs it and functions much more efficiently when one is physically fit.
A healthy person seeks physical activity such as the various physical sports. Our diets aren't the problem. It's how much we eat, and how and when we eat (hint: the only part of one's digestive system that has teeth is the mouth). One reason for the Abnormally high rates of disease in america is from lack of exercise and poor diets.
Most shun physical work in favor of sitting at a desk. They then go to the gym to make up for what their job and other activities should have provided. Regarding work; people don't work enough, or hard enough, as is evidenced by the general lack of sustaining wealth at retirement time.Working a lot isn't normal.
Sounds to me like you’re looking for excuses to avoid exercise. The best heart healthy people are found among indigenous peoples that don't exercise at all per se, but are very active physically.
I get plenty on my job.Sounds to me like you’re looking for excuses to avoid exercise.
