More than 99.9% of peer reviewed studies show that humans are the primary cause of global warming

ironic huh?
Are you under the impression that the conclusion you and he have reached are based on evidence overwhelming in either volume or quantity the mountains of peer reviewed science on which the IPCC conclusions are based?

Even if climate change were caused by human activity, the only relevant question now is...

What FEASIBLE actions could humans take in order to change the trajectory by any meaningful amount?

And the answer is, "None."

Humans in developed countries are not going to give up transportation, heat, cooling, or the internet. Humans in Third World and Developing countries will continue to massively strive for modernity by burning carbon, most often coal, because it is plentiful and cheap.

This latter group is far more than half of the world's population. Do you want to be the one to tell them that they are NOT ENTITLED to heating, air conditioning, efficient transportation, clean water, treated wastewater, and the internet?

Humans will deal with climate change through engineering solutions, just like we dealt with every harmful natural phenomenon in the past. The Global Warming conspiracy is nothing but a Leftist power play, as clearly demonstrated by their rejection of nuclear power.

The problem took a long time to develop, it will take a long time to solve. But not solving it is not an option.

Then they will have to opt for a disappearing coastline, accelerating extinctions, intolerable heatwaves, crop losses and the disappearance of fresh water supplies.

All of that can be done without emitting GHGs and wind and solar are now cheaper than fossil fuel, so what is it, exactly, you're complaining about?

Wind, solar and EVs are engineering solutions.

That is paranoid nonsense.

my evidence is evidence from PHDs who haven't taken money for their inputs. All peer reviewed means is the people who take the money want to get more money as I posted in earlier posts.

Abstract

While controls over the Earth's climate system have undergone rigorous hypothesis-testing since the 1800s, questions over the scientific consensus of the role of human activities in modern climate change continue to arise in public settings. We update previous efforts to quantify the scientific consensus on climate change by searching the recent literature for papers sceptical of anthropogenic-caused global warming. From a dataset of 88125 climate-related papers published since 2012, when this question was last addressed comprehensively, we examine a randomized subset of 3000 such publications. We also use a second sample-weighted approach that was specifically biased with keywords to help identify any sceptical peer-reviewed papers in the whole dataset. We identify four sceptical papers out of the sub-set of 3000, as evidenced by abstracts that were rated as implicitly or explicitly sceptical of human-caused global warming. In our sample utilizing pre-identified sceptical keywords we found 28 papers that were implicitly or explicitly sceptical. We conclude with high statistical confidence that the scientific consensus on human-caused contemporary climate change—expressed as a proportion of the total publications—exceeds 99% in the peer reviewed scientific literature.

The consensus means something. For all practical purposes, there is no longer ANY scientific debate on the primary cause of global warming.

Well, aren't you the compassionate liberal sitting in your AC, with fresh water and food at your finger tips.
  1. In sub-Saharan Africa, 589 million people live without electricity. As a result, a staggering 80 percent of the population relies on biomass products such as wood, charcoal and dung in order to cook.

That’s ignorant. Everyone promotes the use of nuclear energy. You bozos just don’t get it. All the energy sources on earth have been derived from nuclear energy. Wtf are you talking about ? We just refuse to justify FISSON over fusion reaction for ALL our sources.

Yup, but like all fossil fuels, way too toxic. You ever burn coal at home……? You really don’t have a fking clue.
/----/ Yes, dummy. Growing up in the 1950s we fed our firepace with either coal or wood. My grandparents all had coal-fired furnaces. You could smell the coal dust.
