Incorrect... vast numbers of quite sensible Americans view perjury before a grand jury and obstruction of justice to be very serious matters.
Actually, at the time, 70% of Americans thought that impeachment was uncalled for. And Clinton didn't lie to a grand jury, he lied in a court in a preliminary hearing in a case that was dismissed as having no legal merit.
When they finally dragged the poor man in front of a grand jury, he admitted he had a relationship with Ms. Lewinsky.

You keep saying that, but he didn't lie in front of a grand jury.
