Of course Mueller is not going to present evidence of collusion, when the charges against Manafort are defrauding Banks and laundering 170 million dollars, along with conspiracy against the United States. This is one Federal Grand Jury.

The other Federal Grand Jury is the Russian collusion of which Mueller has accumulated 5 guilty plea's, 19 Federal Grand Jury indictments, that are certain to produce more. Mueller is going to wait until Democrats are sworn in as majority leaders in either 1 or both houses of congress and he will hand over the collusion evidence to them at that time. He will not give it to a Republican majority congress, whom are terrified of their reich wing base, and who would just bury it. When Democrats are sworn in as majority leaders in one or both houses, the open public hearings and testimony will begin, and the impeachment proceedings will ensue. This will begin on January 20, 2019.
