I did some snapshot research (Google- and Wiki -caliber) on the laundry list of charges before I wrote that post, and knew in advance that Collusion was not in the mix.

It was an oblique way of teasing-out the nonsensical nature of the premise behind the Original Post from those not readily inclined to admit such a deficiency.

A tactic aimed at unthinking and too-quick-to-post types, now rendered ineffective; a tactic that would have worked to mutual advantage.

Manafort did not play a “limited role” in the campaign. He was involved with the campaign for five months, serving as campaign chairman for three of those months until he resigned. Moreover, his roles in the campaign, particularly Convention Manager, were crucial, and arguably prevented a derailing of Trump’s nomination through a floor fight at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

PLUS....was Manafort "involved" in that Trump Towers COLLUSION with Russian operatives????.......................Yes or No?.

Special counsel Robert Mueller said in a court filing Friday that his prosecutors will not present evidence regarding Trump campaign collusion with Russia at an upcoming trial for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

“The government does not intend to present at trial evidence or argument concerning collusion with the Russian government,” reads a filing submitted by Mueller’s team in federal court in Virginia on Friday.

Meaning there is no collusion or does it mean that he won't show his hand as of yet ??
