Mueller's Team Speaking to Reporters

Trumpers have said that Mueller team members would speak out if they thought that Barr wasn't being straight with the American people. Well now they are

WASHINGTON — Some of Robert S. Mueller III’s investigators have told associates that Attorney General William P. Barr failed to adequately portray the findings of their inquiry and that they were more troubling for President Trump than Mr. Barr indicated, according to government officials and others familiar with their simmering frustrations.

"Mr. Barr has said he will move quickly to release the nearly 400-page report but needs time to scrub out confidential information.

"The special counsel’s investigators had already written multiple summaries of the report
, and some team members believe that Mr. Barr should have included more of their material in the four-page letter he wrote on March 24 laying out their main conclusions, according to government officials familiar with the investigation. Mr. Barr only briefly cited the special counsel’s work in his letter."

If Mueller's team created an Executive Summary among those "multiple summaries of the report," it would already have been scrubbed of Grand Jury and sensitive national security information.

Which means Bill Barr is doing exactly what he was hired to do just like he did 26 years ago for another corrupt Republican president.

I don't know what's more pathetic...that the New York Times and MSNBC are still trying to push the "Russian Collusion" narrative after the Mueller Investigation came up with nothing to show it ever happened...or that you think their attempts to do so is somehow newsworthy!

Are there some members of the Mueller "team" that aren't happy? Well, yeah! Look at who was ON that team! You had a bunch of Trump haters who wanted to find dirt on collusion so bad they could taste it and after two years and dozens of indictments trying to force someone to give them that dirt...they've come up with nothing! You'd be hard pressed to find people who are more "frustrated" than they are but it's not because of something that Barr has done...it's because they failed at what THEY were trying to do!

How do you know "...the Mueller investigation came up with nothing..." BEFORE the Mueller report has been released?

Some Mueller team members aren’t happy with Barr’s description of their findings

"First, Barr said, Mueller’s investigation found that though the Russian government tried to interfere with the 2016 election, the special counsel “did not find that the Trump campaign or anyone associated with it conspired or coordinated with Russia” in these efforts.

"Second, Barr said, Mueller probed the question of whether President Trump tried to obstruct justice in interfering with the Russia investigation — but 'determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment.'

"Barr went on to say, though, that upon his own review (conducted with Rosenstein), Mueller’s evidence “is not sufficient to establish” that Trump obstructed justice.

"Trump soon put his own gloss on these findings: 'No Collusion, No Obstruction, Complete and Total EXONERATION.' (Barr’s summary in fact quoted Mueller saying he was not exonerating Trump on obstruction of justice.)"

Todd: Wall Street's bitch?

You don't have any money in the market? Sad...…..

Given this news, Barr needs to resign..or at least recuse himself from the whole investigation

Not until we see whether he was actually lying or not. I've always maintained that it would be monumentally stupid if he lied about the report, because it would be so easily refuted. If he did, he should be fired for rank stupidity. If not, no problem.

Looks like this is their main bitch:

"The report's second part addresses a number of actions by the President – most of which have been the subject of public reporting – that the Special Counsel investigated as potentially raising obstruction-of-justice concerns. After making a “thorough factual investigation” into these matters, the Special Counsel considered whether to evaluate the conduct under Department standards governing prosecution and declination decisions but ultimately determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment. The Special Counsel therefore did not draw a conclusion - one way or the other – as to whether the examined conduct constituted obstruction. Instead, for each of the relevant actions investigated, the report sets out evidence on both sides of the question and leaves unresolved what the Special Counsel views as “difficult issues” of law and fact concerning whether the President's actions and intent could be viewed as obstruction. The Special Counsel states that “while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

"The Special Counsel's decision to describe the facts of his obstruction investigation without reaching any legal conclusions leaves it to the Attorney General to determine whether the conduct described in the report constitutes a crime. Over the course of the investigation, the Special Counsel's office engaged in discussions with certain Department officials regarding many of the legal and factual matters at issue in the Special Counsel's obstruction investigation. After reviewing the Special Counsel's final report on these issues; consulting with Department officials, including the Office of Legal Counsel; and applying the principles of federal prosecution that guide our charging decisions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and I have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel's investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense. Our determination was made without regard to, and is not based on, the constitutional considerations that surround the indictment and criminal prosecution of a sitting president."

Read Attorney General William Barr’s Summary of the Mueller Report

So, Barr did not reach the conclusions they wanted on obstruction? That's it?

:laughing0301:

After saying these are difficult questions of law....bitch about Barr reaching conclusions they don't like?

..

We're done here.

...
Barr is not to be trusted with this.

Time for the public to see both the Mueller Report and Trump's tax records.

Democratic Party -controlled major committees in the House of Representatives are now demanding to see both.

In accordance with United States law, and the Constitution itself.

Except the public can't see Trump's taxes unless he okays it. You do know that, right?

Any specifics? Any suggestions as to how Barr should have summarized it?

.

Read the article.

Does any grown up adult with an IQ above 75 really think that there can be 37 indictments, 6 people serving time and somehow Trump's hands are clean?

Really?
.
.
.

Since none of those were related to Trump/Russia collusion, yes.

Barr is not to be trusted with this.
Based on what?

Why don't these Mueller tools pipe up with specifics?
You may be right.

So let's see it all, and put those doubts to rest, once and for all, right?
I have always wanted the report in its entirety.

The thing is...I don't believe high-ranking Democrats or Republicans want it released.

There's probably enough stink on everyone to open a can of worms.

.

You would see a very quick back pedal if a few democrat names pop up in there.

.

The entire report can't be released without the redaction of people who were interviewed and found to be innocent of any wrongdoing.

Having said that, Barr is just covering up for Trump by not releasing anything.

He's nothing but another cock-sucking Trumpanzee lackey.
.
.
.

What makes you think he won't release it?

Barr wrote in his 3.5 page summary that Mueller did NOT exonerate Trump.

Look it up.
This is true.

It left it up to Barr and Rosenstein to make the call. They did. People bitched.

No, you're wrong.

Mueller left it up to Barr and Rosenstein to determine if there was obstruction of justice.

He did not leave it to Barr to determine exoneration.

Don't you ever tire of being up Trump's ass?
.
.
.

And Barr didn't determine exoneration. Thus far, all he's done is exercise his lawful authority to determine no collusion and no obstruction. Naturally, whatever crumbs the democrats find, they will shriek it proves everything.

more nonsense. nothing in the link. not one damn thing that disqualifies what Barr wrote. so folks, you have been sucked in yet again, to a great big nothing burger. :auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg::auiqs.jpg:

Folks here is a analogy of the Mueller shit. Really, this comic explains the but, but, but look over here.

"Mr. Trump won the presidency proclaiming himself a self-made billionaire, and he has long insisted that his father, the legendary New York City builder Fred C. Trump, provided almost no financial help.

"But The Times’s investigation, based on a vast trove of confidential tax returns and financial records, reveals that Mr. Trump received the equivalent today of at least $413 million from his father’s real estate empire, starting when he was a toddler and continuing to this day."
