24 miles left on the fuel gage

At the pump at 5:36

back in the car after fueling at 5:39

349 miles on the gage

Pulling out of the gas station at 5:40

Which electric vehicle on a charger can do the same?

You let me know when someone forces you to get rid of your gas car, and buy an electric.

Do this with your gas vehicle

Pull in to the garage at night with an empty tank and when you come back in the morning, it is FULL

They will just regulate practically impossible standards on ICE's to force us to get rid of them.
They admit this is the goal but don't expect the low-info progbots to understand this.
They know most people with cars can't afford an EV that is 3x's as expensive with less than 1/2 the range.

The real goal is to take away our freedom/ability to travel away from the "15 minute" urban poverty plantations they will try to force us into.

The market has already made that decision for you.
Auto makers are making no investment in gas vehicles.

Who told you EVs cost 3x the price?
Or are you just making it up?

You do have a point

I have the same problem with my Cell Phone
It takes several hours to recharge it

If Cell Phones ran on AA Batteries, I could swap them out and have a full charge in a minute

You can't "swap" EV batteries unless you want to take the chassis off the frame and that will take a fuck of a lot longer than a few seconds.

And what do you do when that 20 gallons is used?
Does someone show up and fill it for you?

I go the the gas station and get more.

But so what if I do. You said people can't fill up their gas cars at home and I always have enough gasoline on hand to more than fill the tank of my Cherokee.

There you have it
Same as if you took your car to the gas station for a fill up

The point is you will adjust your fueling/charging practices based on your lifestyle and the vehicle you have.

I fill my gas tank about once a week
I would charge my EV about once a week

And you assume that you will never have to charge an EV multiple times in a day because you assume everyone drives like you.

EVs get around 250 miles per charge
I rarely do that much in a day. If I did, I would make plans for a quick charge

You can't "quick change" an EV battery.

And that's you and in case you haven't noticed, YOU are not everyone.
