Remember Bill Clinton is one of the most popular post war presidents. 4th on the average of presidential approval ratings, behind Bush W. which was mostly down to high figures post 9/11. Kennedy who died and Eisenhower.
Clinton's average ratings appear HIGHER after the affair came to light than before it.
If you see this small one, the lines on the right side show about the time the affair came to light and he stayed up there, whereas before he had been much lower.
This is what it says about a country that claims to be quite religious.
