NC says GFY to 400 jobs over LGBT law

I'm waiting for the first guy to gal, going into a restroom and raping an unsuspecting woman.... it will happen, perverts can't help themselves!
What's been stopping you so far?
I'm not a pervert as you are carpet muncher!:badgrin::badgrin::badgrin::asshole:
Your posts indicate otherwise....one thing fascist perverts such as yourself like to support is dictators...it's part of your perversive need for total control of others.

Is that why you support the Manchurian muslim, and his QUEER decrees against the REGULAR people?

Are you loony?

He is not Kenyan, Muslim, socialist, marxist, communist.

Obama is a slightly left of center corporatist lawyer, trailed only a bit to the right by Trump.

The difference is Obama is not bothered by race or religion.

Here is a guy that some are arguing should be able to saddle up next to their daughter:

And this person here?

By law in NC -- MUST use the women's bathroom.

That's right ^ He would be required to share a bathroom with your wife.

it is hard to believe, but "he" is a woman.
I'm sure it will go over well when "he" shares the same bathroom as your daughter or wife.
And this person here?

By law in NC -- MUST use the women's bathroom.

That's right ^ He would be required to share a bathroom with your wife.

it is hard to believe, but "he" is a woman.

"He" is a WOMAN. Besides, this law wasn't passed to protect men it's to protect women. I had to pee in front of 5 nurses once, didn't bother me all that much, the laughing was a little hurtful. :(

Now for paypal to be doing anything other than grandstanding they need to stop taking payments from NC.
What makes you think they are "grandstanding"? seems to me PayPal is carrying out a reasonable act of protest against a law which runs counter to it's prevailing corporate principles. Why should PayPal go against it's self-interest by boycotting their customers in NC? This isn't an act of protest against the people of NC, it's an act of protest against a specific LAW in NC.

Now reverse that, why should people who don't share their corporate principles do business with them?

Hey fucknut, the transexual woman in NC would be required to use the men's bathroom.

Get it?

This person, ex. :

By law - MUST use the men's bathroom.

You can dress up a VW to look like a Mercedes, still a VW.

WTF?

This person

was actually born a woman. By law, in Miss. & NC, "he" would have to use the women's bathroom.

I'm not sure why you posted a picture of a male, born male, and are calling him a woman. He would have to use the men's bathroom.

Your commentary about nurses is stupid on a stick.

I can only speak for myself and no I don't share PayPal's corporate principles, however PayPal provides me with value that is superior (as in worth more to ME) to the price they ask for that value so I'll continue to do business with them as long as that remains true or until a competitor comes along that offers me a better value proposition.

As far as how other people go about determining who they do and don't choose to do business with, I'll leave that up to each individual.

Sad that PayPal cares more about discriminating against the religious than expanding their business
Ah, so that line about letting the free market work doesn't matter anymore?

Or was it just bullshit to begin with?

You're not that smart are you? No one has mentioned that removing the free market. Or punishing PayPal through government force. It's a stupid move to politically involve yourself in a dispute on bathrooms. That's just personal commentary. I have no power to remove them from the free market.
WTF are you on about "removing PP from the free market??"

You've got it backwards. PP is the one voting with it's wallet and choosing to not do business in a state that discriminates.

Boycotts. Get it?

When PA laws and such are discussed as it regards gays and lesbians being served / or even any and all public accommodation laws - cons say "let the free market decide."

That's what is happening! PP and the other 100 companies voting with their feet / wallet is the free market in action. Get it?

And the people pointing out that they are not going to do business with those companies and speaking against them aren't a repudiation of the free market. They are examples of it at work. So your argument that speaking out against PayPal enacting stupid policy is a repudiation of the free market is absolute poppycock. To persist in that ridiculous argument demonstrates you don't understand the free market
Wow.
::cuckoo:

You're not getting it. At all.

No you're not getting it, the FREE MARKET is a two way street.

Strawman.

I never said it wasn't.

That poster however doesn't seem to get that PayPal is making a free market decision to not do business by boycotting the state, like hundreds of other companies are doing to states with bigoted laws.

People can boycott Paypal if they like. That's free market too.

That's not the point.

It's that many of those same people are calling PP and companies who are pulling out of states with discriminatory laws "bully's" and "corporate blackmailers...."

As I said in an earlier post:

Cons have spouted for years and years about letting "the free market decide" when it comes to PA laws /matters such as this - time and again, when "the free market decides" we get this kind of shit: Bully''s! assholes! Corporate blackmailers!

This came out full force too when some of the red states were writing laws /amending constitutions to discriminate against gays...Staph-types were saying things like:

Why couldn't they just settle for civil unions....? Then we saw the NOM folks come out and say fuck you gays. NO ! You can't even have hospital visitation rights. You can't have ANYTHING that looks like a marriage. They fought it tooth and nail.

And we damn well WILL discriminate against you. Because: God

The anti-gay crowd is so full of ****.

Bout time they got taken to the shed.

Let the stupid companies spend millions of dollars moving their headquarters, showing their support for making it easier for perverts to prey on their young victims. Hopefully bank of america will close all of their branches in north Carolina, right? To hell with bank of america, when the town of spartanburg lined main street with american flags for a dead soldier from that town. The manager of the bank removed the flags. The hell with america hating things like yourself.
Cool story bro...got any proof that really happened?
Google it a soldier that was killed was driven down main street and the manager took the flags up. Made headline news. Your a liberal bot, so when you see the truth you will have to support it. Or you will be a lesbian house nig@er if you don't do as your told.
Sure....cool fiction story.
It was a marine that was being honored. The bank manager that took the flags up her name was Brandy Tate. WWW.veterans today.com2009/09/24 but I'm sure you won't care now.
Isn't it odd how your link to a news story doesn't work.

What you don't get is it's not discrimination, males and females are treated equally. Of course to you folks gender is a figment of our imaginations, wrong. You can claim saccharin is sugar because it's sweet, it's not sugar.

Manager took down flags that were placed in front of his bank property to honor a fallen US Marine

An official statement was released by Bank of America to the local Fox affiliate calling the issue a “misunderstanding” about the policy:

“We want to ensure the community knows how deeply proud we are of the men and women who have sacrificed so much in service to our country. The bank does fly the American flag at our locations throughout the country, and flags were displayed in front of our banking center in Gaffney the evening prior to our dedicated Marine returning home.”

Bank of America branches throughout the county make it a practice to have flag poles on their properties that properly display the US and state flags.

The only sure thing about pendulums, they swing both ways.

When it comes to minorities having their equal rights acknowledged and codified in law and upheld via SCOTUS rulings in this great U.S. of A, the pendulum usually remains relatively fixed. Because: Equality.

Guess what grandpa...times are achanging, and your side lost.
Uh-Huh and how's that been working out for the citizenry so far?
Pretty good.

Pretty damn good.
Really? Stagnant wages, persistence un/under employment, slow economic growth, grand canyon sized divisions and hatred among the citizenry, constant strife and warfare around the globe, ever widening income disparity, unprecedented rates of family dissolution, stupefying public and private debt, ever increasing rates of government dependency ...... Geez I'd hate to imagine what you folks consider bad.

Of course when the piper comes to be paid for all the "pretty damn good" the gub'mint worshiper "victory" has wrought its at least going to be VERY entertaining watching your reaction.

So when did SCOTUS rule that men could use women's bathrooms, locker rooms and showers?
