Did you link the wrong source for these cause it doesn't say anything about that in the one you provided.

The guy who supposedly saw it in the linked video said by the time he got outside Brown had turned to face the officer, had already been shot, and was 'kinda balled up' with his arms over his stomach and was 'already going down' when Wilson fired 'three or four more shots to him' (00:44)

I would point out that is not 'surrendering.' I could maybe buy that Brown was collapsing from the initial shot(s), though I'd not buy that he was 'getting down on the ground to give up' because one would assume his arms would be going out/down under the chest in that case.

~ Is it possible that Wilson thought Brown was reaching for a gun when he started putting his arms over his stomach? Or had Brown already charged at him as other witnesses say? Still no way to know.


I will say I actually buy this guy's statement that Brown was 'balled up' with one or both arms over his stomach, it matches the final body position far better than the whole 'hands up, don't shoot' witness statements do.

I'd not seen that particular video footage of the scene before and I think it might show the 'missing cigars' on the ground about 2ish feet or so out from the front driver side door. Around 1:19

If it turns out the final two bullets resulted in BM's death, and they were fired while BM was facing OW, the distance between the two would be crucial to OW's self-defense claim.
