Why are you putting yourself in Brown's shoes?

I disagree with you quite a bit but there's no doubt in my mind that you're a woman with at least average, and likely above average, intelligence. Let's say, for sake of argument, that you have an IQ of 110. Do you actually know many people with an IQ of 80 or 90? The mean IQ of African-Americans is 85. Half above, half below. I find it entirely plausible that a low income black resident of Ferguson would be in the lower half of the IQ distribution.

What makes sense to you doesn't mean it makes sense to someone like Brown. If you're applying your standards to Brown, does it makes senses for your to strong-arm a store-owner, show your face to the camera, then walk about the town, in the middle of the street, with the stolen goods in plain sight? That's the hallmark of crazy for someone with a normal IQ but this stuff probably never occurred to Brown, because he was stoned and because he likely wasn't too intelligent.

I will ask you once again, where does the autopsy show there was no struggle? There is no such thing. Not to mention witnesses claim there were in many a case.

Also, Dr. Baden ( parents pathologist) was very clear he did not have the clothing to prove there was no GSR on him.

One thing that occurs to me, and it is speculation like everything else is at this point, is that, based on the autopsy, Brown may have turned to surrender, even began to kneel down as we see on TV shows, to surrender, and that is why he is hit in the head, because he was kneeling down like he saw on TV. And maybe the cop thought he was charging and kept shooting at him. Everyone seems to want to see things in black and white (no pun intended), where there is always gray. It could be a miscommunication on both sides. The kids may have viewed the cop as too agressive; the cop could have viewed the teens as dangerous and agressive. We just don't know.
