Because that's what nature is. Kids also understand the sun, water, eating, breathing and so on also without actually really being taught them specifically.

Kids however naturally understand a man dressing as a woman and putting his dick in another man's butthole, they have to be told about about that. They find it out much later in life on their own.

We're talking about kids here, not even teenagers. It's not natural or normal for kids to be finding out about gays and trannies or one of the dozens of sexual orientations that don't actually exist.
