New Taliban Videos Show the Huge Success of Biden's Foreign Policy

Could've at least destroyed the equipment, and took the money. But no, Biden isn't that smart.
How would we have done that?
Look, here's the thing. Most of the world sees arms sales as commerce. The US sees it as an extention of foreign policy. Play nice with us and we'll give you toys.

We should expect that when you give a country billions of dollars in equipment, they will stop being your friend when the money stops flowing.

He armed our enemy dumbass.

Absolutely
Republicans never cared about the military equipment they left to the Communists

Republicans never cared that Trump withdrew 12,000 troops and never made arrangements to bring back equipment
Quid Pro was running things, it was his responsibility. If he didn't like the TRUMP! plan, he had the authority to remake it. He didn't, which of course means you're going to hold him blameless.

So what was your solution, throwing good money (and lives) after bad?

We were in there for 20 years and we were no closer to getting them to love Democracy and Coca-Cola in 2021 than we were in 2001.
At least the people in the Ukraine seem willing to fight for their nation and do a good job of fighting.

This was predicted about Afghanistan 20 years ago.....

Staying there 50 more years because you are too self-centered and narcissistic to admit invasion and nation building was a horrible idea is NOT the option Biden took..and I am glad....

international commerce is foreign policy....who we trade with is foreign policy....geez dumbass...

No that would be Bush.

Yes, they are.

Here's the thing. The Taliban fought for their country against a foreign invader. It just happened to be us.

France will sell to whoever has the money. So will Russia or China.

We sell to only our "Friends"... until they aren't.

Both are important. Leaving the equipment strengthened the Taliban's armoury, no doubt resulting in greater future deaths. But, Biden knows better.
If it was so important
Why didn’t Trump make arrangements to withdraw it?

The bottom line remains, Quid Pro was handed a plan along with the authority and responsibility to make it the best that he could. You're just not going to pin this on TRUMP!.

yeah russia and china doesn’t care who gets their weapons…we do

and no france goes along with sanctions on countries…

but yes, we don’t trade to just anymore…how irresponsible is that???

A plan?

Did Trump review his plans and agreements with Biden before he left office?

Of course not

Trump threw a temper tantrum and refused to meet with Biden. He also ordered his staff to not meet with Biden’s people

And we have been over this before. The incoming president doesn't need the outgoing president's permission to review military plans. In fact, Quid Pro didn't need TRUMP! or his staff to review the plans with the military, who were charged to carry them out. Are you trying to claim that TRUMP! and his staff were more important to the success of the operation than the generals were?

The fact that you pretend that's a viable excuse is troubling.
