But hey!!! My Pizza Hut employed tenant now has healthcare. Isn't that a good thing; taking from the productive and giving to the irresponsible non-productive? That's the liberal way.
Geez, the lesser than thou Pizza Hut employee. I guess you work harder than that bastard, heh?
and...if you do that makes you a greater being than them???
No, what it means is that people like myself who took on the responsibility to have a trade or skill and secure our healthcare by getting a job with healthcare benefits are now robbed of them so that people who wanted to smoke pot and work minimum wage jobs can have healthcare.
and.. so how you were robbed of them? What in the hell does that in any way have to do with other people getting health care????
Simple: the entire goal of Commie Care was to make as many people dependent on government as possible. After all, the more government dependents, the more likely Democrat voters.
As was noted before Commie Care started, they expected 80% of the population to lose their healthcare plan. This would force people into government healthcare where socialism would take place. The non-productive or low earners would get just as good if not better healthcare than workers that made more money.
So where is this money coming from that insures all these people? Taxpayers for one because the government will pay for (subsidize) healthcare for lower wage workers. Employers who seen the opportunity to get out of supplying healthcare insurance because it got so expensive got out of it. Because they are higher paid workers, they don't get much of a subsidy if any. Now their benefit is taxed indirectly due to the fact money spent on healthcare by an employer was never taxed before.
The very premise that you would take on the phrase of " Commie Care" tells me that you live in a very bigoted position and are likely in the Republican 'sheeple' fold. So if you want to free yourself you may want to consider becoming an *****INDEPENDENT**** we are not beholden to mind control.
Just because you are a conservative or a liberal does not mean you respect their creed entirely.
I disagree with Republicans on many things, but I agree with most of them. I consider myself to be a 70% conservative and 30% libertarian. The reason for that is because the Republicans don't preach about smaller government anymore. I don't like the Libertarian stance on our military or illegal narcotics. If not for those two issues, I would probably switch to the Libertarian party.
When people ask me how I vote, I tell them Republican. When they ask why, I tell them that Republicans are scum balls, they are just much less of scum balls than Democrats.
