NEW YORK (CNNMoney)

The Obamacare premiums will cost less than predicted, according to data released Wednesday by the Obama administration.

The national average premium for the benchmark plan will be $328 a month before subsidies, 16% less than projected by the Congressional Budget Office. The benchmark is the second-lowest cost "silver" policy for 48 states, upon which federal subsidies are based.

Double Down: Obamacare Will Increase Avg. Individual-Market Insurance Premiums By 99% For Men, 62% For Women - Forbes

I expected better from Forbes, but...

Forbes headline reads: "Double Down: Obamacare Will Increase Avg. Individual-Market Insurance Premiums By 99% For Men, 62% For Women" but-----but the first sentence of the second paragraph reads:"Based on a Manhattan Institute analysis of the HHS numbers, Obamacare will increase underlying insurance rates for younger men by an average of 97 to 99 percent, and for younger women by an average of 55 to 62 percent."

Cherry picking?

I don't know where your "Here" is but-----but if the United States had single-payer, we would have healthcare that costs less, is more efficient, has better overall outcomes and-----and we wouldn't be
talking about mandates, we'd be talking about a tax that eliminates and more than offsets health insurance premiums but unfortunately-----but unfortunately here in the USA we have a Republican party that prefers to keep their knees on the chest and fingers on the throat of American labor.

Enjoy your single-payer my friend - live a long, healthy and prosperous life, i.e a longer and healthier life with more healthcare money in your wallet than your American counterpart.
