A Clayton police officer arrested in Union County last week is accused of pointing a Taser at a 17-year-old girl and forcing her to sit in his lap, according to court documents.

Clayton Montoya, 23, is charged with false imprisonment, aggravated assault and battery. He was booked into the Union County Jail on April 9.

...... the girl states she was talking on the phone to her father when Montoya allegedly grabbed her hips and "forced her to sit on his lap." She told police she felt the officer's stun gun on her hip and was scared. When she attempted to get up, the affidavit claims Montoya grabbed her and forced her to sit back down on his lap.

If true, it sounds like he simply did not possess the maturity required to be a policeman.

23 is NOT mature enough to be a cop.

If I was a chief...no new hires would be under 28 unless they were prior military.
