Well lets see here. His first day in office he stopped leasing for drilling on public lands, cut back domestic oil drilling and when prices went up he blamed OPEC and the oil companies........ Now he's reopended oil drilling in the Gulf and some public lands oh and he want's to spend 1.15 billion to cap orphan wells in the US, wells that were orphaned because of his policies. Seems to be an obvious correlation here. Uummmmm..........

Don't forget that all the millions of barrels that Trump scarfed up on the cheap for our emergency national reserves the scumbag simp has already squandered when prices were high accomplishing absolutely nothing and now our reserves are empty as well.
