Here are the facts. 147 members of Congress said fraud was very probable and taking the side of the Constitution they wanted to investigate. By voting not to investigate those members sided with the enemy. That is a violation of their oath of office. You do not take chances with our Constitution you make sure things are right. They decided our Constitution was not worthy of defense and they should pay for that.

Uh, no, it's not a crime to not investigate something just because you're not happy about it. Again, Article I, Section 6, prevents this lawsuit from moving forward.
