Once Upon a Time, the DOJ Argued the Presidential Records Act Gave a President Massive Authority Over His Records

Once upon a time we didn't have a piece of shit corrupt President that swore that he would not allow his political opponent to ever run for President again.

That document references Hoffman Estates which is a NARA facility. The document doesn’t claim otherwise.

Read the outlined.

How many agents guards the utility closet he hid documents in?

The residence has Secret Service protection (which you denied).

No one gets into the residence without vetting by the Secret Service.

I have. You haven’t read what I posted.

No, you haven't read it.

Clearly, Øbama had classified documents stored in that warehouse, which was an unsecure building. Thus, the Obama Foundation paid the Archive to remove them to proper storage.

I already proved the warehouse is a NARA facility.

You don’t understand how NARA works with presidential libraries.

Not what the DOJ argued in court when they won the Clinton sock drawer tapes lawsuit. Obviously, the court agreed with the DOJ.
"CLAIM: A case involving Bill Clinton keeping audio tapes in a sock drawer proves that Trump’s actions were legally sound.

"THE FACTS: The case in question involved very different documents and experts say it isn’t the parallel Trump makes it out to be.

"In Judicial Watch vs. NARA, a conservative activist group sued for access to audio recordings of wide ranging interviews Clinton did with historian Taylor Branch during his time in the White House. Clinton was reported to have stashed the cassettes in his sock drawer.

"The Washington, D.C. based organization had argued the audiotapes were presidential records' that the agency should provide under the federal public records law, but U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson ultimately dismissed the case, ruling NARA didn’t have the authority to seize the records from Clinton and hand them over.

"David Super, another professor at Georgetown Law, argues the 2012 Clinton case has 'absolutely nothing to do with' the charges Trump currently faces."

Donald Trump is the greatest con-man in history.
Those defending his actions are just as gullible as those who defend Joe Biden.

Yeah! For like ..EVER, and like that.

This is what happens when Democrats cheat in a corrupt pedophile POS.

Trump may have been a bit boorish, but he's a real man and knows how to do things right and is a real American.

He lost over a billion dollars for trying to get the country right and gets all this unwarranted hate thrown at him as a result.

This is Clown World. For Trump, it wasn't about money then, and it isn't about it now. It's about imparting to future

Americans at least a some reasonable facsimile of the country he grew up in and the freedoms all Americans

up until that point and before enjoyed.

I got some, but it's been choked off more and more since the 90s or so.

And by the 'beria route' you mean due process?

And Trump is being charged because of what he did.

Do you know who Beria was?

The process has been co-opted by one party, and you cheer it on while pretending it isn't happening.

That’s more accurately applied to Ken Starr than Jack Smith.

This isn’t a situation where the DoJ was just looking for anything. It started because NARA had to keep harassing his staff to get important documents back to be saved in the archives. Once NARA found classified documents, they got the DoJ involved.

Are you surprised that the DoJ would take this seriously and demand the classified documents back?

You idiots have been combing the desert for Trump shit since 2016. Please don't pretend otherwise.
